When can buses be ordered?
Daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
How can I order a call bus?
You can order call buses by calling 0981-9714925 or sending an email to Zentrale.fw@wellhoefer-reisen.de.
What information is required when placing an order?

Which tickets are accepted?
The VGN fare applies. A valid ticket is required, and existing €365 tickets, Germany tickets, etc. are also accepted.
How does the call bus booking process work?
Call buses only stop at the bus stop for which the bus was booked. Please ensure that you are at the bus stop in good time before departure. When booking, please also indicate whether additional space is required for strollers, luggage, wheelchairs, or similar items.
How does canceling a call bus work?
A call bus trip that has already been booked must be canceled at least 90 minutes before departure; this is the only way to ensure that the call bus lines can run smoothly.
Possible deviations from the timetable
Please note that dial-a-ride buses only stop at the stops for which they have been booked. This means that journeys may deviate from the scheduled timetable. In addition, other passengers may board during the journey if their booked journey is on the route.
