Which tickets are accepted?
The VGN fare applies. A valid ticket is required, existing €365 tickets, Deutschlandtickets etc. are also accepted.
How does the on-call bus booking work?
On-call buses only travel to the stop for which the bus has been booked. Please make sure that you are at the bus stop in good time before departure. When ordering, please also indicate whether additional space is required for baby carriages, luggage, wheelchairs or similar.
What is the procedure for canceling a call bus?
An already booked on-call bus journey must be canceled at least 60 minutes before departure to ensure that the on-call bus routes run smoothly.
Possible deviations from the timetable
Please note that on-call buses only travel to the stops for which they have been booked. This means that journeys may deviate from the scheduled routes. It is also possible that additional passengers may board during the journey, provided their booked journey is on the route.
